This notice explains what Deals Group does with the details you give us through this website. We have kept it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company and its website, your role, and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email and whatever it contains. We collect nothing else through this site.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one reason: to answer your request. That might mean preparing your Quiet Months Map, replying to a question, or writing back to arrange a conversation you asked for. We do not add you to a list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask about.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we have a record of what we discussed, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by the people at Deals Group who handle your request. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time. Write to melody.buck@dealsgroup.co or send a note through the contact form, and we will act on it. If we ever write to you and you would rather we didn't, reply stop and we will not contact you again.
